When will my order be shipped? TOP

Most of the products we carry ship in 7-10 days, except pettiskirts and tutus which ship in up to 2 weeks. If you have a question about when you would receive an order, please contact us prior to ordering with the exact items you want to order and when you need it by and we will get back to you with information on if we can do it.

What payment methods to you accept? TOP

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as Paypal payments for your convenience. All payment information is collected and processed via an SSL secure server for your protection.

Do you offer returns or exchanges? TOP

The majority of our items are custom made to order and therefore we can not offer returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it can not be refunded or canceled. If there is a defect in an item you ordered, please contact us!

How much is shipping and where do you ship? TOP

We ship within the U.S. only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by our website based on your total order amount. You will see the current shipping rates for your order instantly by clicking the View Cart link. Orders over $100 ship free within the U.S.
