All of the tutus are made with an elastic waist band so that your little girl has room to grow. Each little girl's tutu is made with 50 to 150 yards of tulle (depending on size and length) for a super fluffy look! Each tutu is custom made when ordered so please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
